We have a three-stage pressure wash station and four-stage batch
cleaning dip tanks. |

Powder Coating
|
After cleaning, parts are moved to the powder coating booth for
the finishing touch. The booth is 30’ long, 14’ high
and 10’ wide. Parts are finished in the curing oven to provide
a nearly indestructible finish in a wide range of colours. |

Wet Painting
|
Our cross draft paint facility is 20’ long, 10’ high,
8’ wide. Painted parts are cured at temperatures of up to
150 degrees celcius to ensure a durable, quality finish. |

Kiln Drying and baking
|
Items can be dried before coating or baked dry after coating
in our large kiln. |
